Phase 2 Roof Refurbishment – Kellogg’s, Wrexham

Phase 2 roof replacement at Kellogg’s manufacturing facility in Wrexham, strategically located off the A41. As the factory began to show signs of wear, phase 2 was focused on repairing the second priority roofing to safeguard both the manufacturing products and the dedicated staff. Each roof section has undergone tailored treatments, ranging from simple coatings to comprehensive structural repairs and waterproofing, to bring it back to modern safety standards. The project also tackles challenging access points beneath existing plant items, with some areas necessitating temporary plant removal. This meticulous approach kept the facility in peak condition, to continue its production.
