Project scope

Saxon Park, strategically positioned near Corby and Kettering within the UK’s ‘golden triangle,’ is undergoing a transformative redevelopment to deliver 31,029 sq m of premium industrial and logistics accommodation. At the heart of this development is Saxon 68, a new Grade A warehouse covering 6,317 sq m, located on Oakley Hay Industrial Estate. This facility will feature state-of-the-art specifications, including 12.5m to haunch, a minimum 520 KVA power supply, first-floor offices, and enhanced PV roofing, aiming for BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an EPC A+ rating. The site’s redevelopment also includes converting an existing building into two high-quality units, Saxon 79 and Saxon 129, while Saxon 58, a refurbished 5,420 sq m unit, was successfully let to Russell & Bromley in 2024.
