Project scope

In 2013, the National Trust proudly acquired Dyffryn House, a stunning Grade I* Listed country house, embarking on an ambitious restoration journey to revitalise its historic charm. This comprehensive project tackled deterioration and Health and Safety risks from ageing stonework, all while preserving the house’s rich heritage in line with Historic England principles. With a keen eye on the future, the restoration also improved access to parapet gutters for seamless maintenance. Thanks to PMP’s strategic pricing and savvy negotiation for preferential scaffolding rates, the project was managed cost-effectively, ensuring that this architectural gem is safeguarded for generations to come. Experience the timeless elegance of Dyffryn House, lovingly restored to its former glory!
