Having begun construction in February 2022, PMP are excited to announce that works on the new Pegasus Life site, Lichfield Bonds is progressing nicely!

PMP are working as Quantity Surveyor alongside Gould Singleton Architects and Contractor, Living Heritage on the scheme. The project included the demolition of all existing buildings on site, and the design and construction of 64 brand new independent living apartments across three buildings. The project, led by later living brand; Pegasus Life will offer contemporary accommodation for the over 60s market, as well as a range of state-of-the-art communal facilities for residents and visitors.

Estimated for completion in the last quarter of 2023, Lichfield Bonds will be the newest addition to the independent living scene in the city, offering beautiful views over the treasured landmark, Lichfield Cathedral and Stowe Pond. This will also be the second Pegasus Life property in Lichfield, following the award-winning Chapter House, which was completed in 2016.
