Project scope

Since 1996, PMP has been pivotal in the multi-million-pound development of Halesowen College, initially aiding in site consolidation. As Project Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor, PMP has overseen numerous projects across various campuses, with a primary focus on the Whittingham Road Campus. Recently, efforts have extended to the development of Shenstone House, an existing college block for hair and beauty, and the expansion of learning facilities for IT, Media, and Student Services into another nearby block to meet growing college demand.

Whittingham Road Campus:
A range of new build refurbishment projects between 2000 and 2013, including the demolition of the largest existing block to create new state-of-the-art learning hubs, practical and theory teaching spaces, as well as breakout facilities and administration blocks.
Value: range between £500k – £4m

Shenstone House:
In 2006 the College bought a further building in Halesowen, known as Shenstone House and this has been refurbished to accommodate hair and beauty classrooms and student services. A further multi-million-pound refurbishment of this building is planned for 2024.

Trinity Point:
Recently the College has bought another building in Halesowen and there is an ongoing £4m project to progress the alteration and refurbishment of parts of the building to house IT, Media and student services.
