YMCA Black Country Group – 253 Hamstead Road
Partial demolition and extension of existing accommodation to deliver 26 affordable homes for young people and families.

YMCA Blackburn – Wellington Road
Conversion of the Grade II listed New College and Wellington Girls High School to transform the site into 24 one-bedroom studio apartments and four wheelchair-accessible homes, acting as “move-on” housing for young adults aged 18-35.
