Finham Park 2:
Three-phase project to provide new STEM and DT classrooms, a ‘Grab & Go’ cabin and breakout facilities, a MAT office, and an additional seven classrooms.

Woodlands Academy:
Two-phase project to partially demolish and redevelop the former school site to provide new SEND, outdoor play facilities, and enhance specialist teaching spaces within the grade II listed buildings.
Value: £23m
Blue Coat School:
Construction of a single-storey sixth form block with associated external works.
Value: £1.8m
The Herald ELC:
Design and construction of a new multi-use sports facility (MUGA) within the existing school.
Value: £140k
Barr’s Hill Secondary School:
Construction of a teaching block and remodelling of the existing teaching spaces to help year 6 students transition into secondary education.
Value: £6.5m
Sherbourne Fields:
Construction of a two-storey block housing nine classrooms, and refurbishment of the sixth form to provide a new classroom and social space.
Value: £3.8m
Coundon Court Academy:
Construction of a two-storey teaching block, and extension to parking facilities, main hall and canopy.
Value: £4.8m
Whitley Office Depot:
Creation of a new administration block, kennels, store, and external works over a small building footprint.
Value: £3.9m
Stoke Park School:
Refurbishment of science classroom and changing facilities, and the creation of an external play area.
